It’s good that you try to get your iron levels up, but please take care with that since iron overloads are really bad. As far as I know, a single overdose that’s as low as 10 to 20 mg/kg causes symptoms of iron toxicity. Of course, your usually low for the required iron levels and your only raising them for a day so I hope it should be fine and Idk how much iron the food you ate had.
